We had so much fun in Pispala Library
Water is running, and years do go on!
I turned glorious 45 years on Wdnesday. We held an event on Saturday 6th of September in Pispala Library (that is in Tampere, Finland) that included my "42+3" birthday party, opening for the art exhibition of Mae Vaarala, showcasing comic book artist Ronja S., gametesting my Tunkioita & Tomppeleita (translated from Finnish to English, it means pretty much the same as Dingheaps & Dinguses) role & play game... and of course a gaming event!
To our lovely event visitors, I showed some material that I've been working on for the Tunkioita & Tomppeleita game of mine, and we did some playtesting for it. People enjoyed the material, loved the style of the pictures, and so on.
We also played Vares -etsiväpeli which is a detective game where you try to solve criminal case(s) in the fictional world of Vares -detective books and movies. The gaming world is a fictional criminal world of Turku, in Finland. It is a quirky oddballish game that I love. So do the people I played the game with.
We played Vampyyrinmetsästys (AKA Vampyrjakten) and it was even funnier, I expected it to be. It says it is a game for kids. I disagree, I am an adult and I have the game and play it, so it's a game for adults, too 😉
I was gifted with games. One of those is Vampyyrinmetsästys. Other games are Brooklyn 2002, iKnow in Europe, and 10' to Kill. We had 13 people during the day and evening. And we had fun.
Thanks for my mates, all the visitors, the Pispala Library Association, Pispala Library and kind people working there. And welcome to the events Iorganize in Pispala Library! -Krisse Tuominen-
