It's already available as a PDF file. It's main creator Liam Thompson was so kind that he sent me some work file material and printable DI card file to print and use when playing live or tabletop rpg, or just using it as a cool prop in roleplaying conventions. This article is a simple (p)review of the material of Sanctions and it's based on the early draft file that Liam sent me, and on the public information the publisher has on their site.
